Full-Mouth Dental Implants in Camberley: Your Treatment Journey at Able

If you have lost all your natural teeth, are struggling with a removable denture, or have failing teeth that cannot be saved, full-mouth dental implants may provide a secure, fixed solution.

Sometimes referred to as All-on-4 dental implants, All-on-6 implants, full-arch implants or fixed teeth on implants, this treatment uses a carefully planned number of dental implants to support a complete fixed bridge.

At Able Denture & Implant Clinic in Camberley, Surrey, we believe successful implant treatment is about far more than placing implants. The implants must provide a strong surgical foundation, but equal care and expertise must go into the fit, function and appearance of the finished teeth.

That is why our implant dentist, Dr Nick Baker, and our practice owner and clinical dental technician, Stuart Caris, work closely together throughout every full-mouth implant case.

What are full-mouth dental implants?

Full-mouth dental implant treatment replaces a complete upper or lower arch/jaw of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge supported by dental implants.

Unlike a removable denture, the bridge is securely screwed onto the implants and remains in place during everyday life. It is only removed by a dental professional when necessary.

Although commonly known as All-on-4, not every patient requires exactly four implants. The number and position depend on the patient’s bone, anatomy, oral health and individual needs.

A detailed assessment and CBCT scan are therefore essential before we can recommend the most appropriate solution.

Personal, bespoke implant care

Full-mouth implant treatment is an investment of both time and money. Patients need clear information, careful planning and confidence in the team looking after them.

Able is an independent dental implant clinic in Camberley, not a high-volume treatment centre. Every patient is treated personally, and every treatment plan is bespoke.

Appointments are unhurried, and we take time to understand what each patient wants from their new smile. We never pressure anyone into treatment. Instead, we provide honest information about what may be clinically possible and give patients time to make an informed decision.

Our ex-military background has shaped our approach. Precision, preparation, reliability and accountability are central to the way we work. Patients can expect straightforward communication, careful planning and a calm, professional experience.

Your full-mouth implant journey at Able

Every patient’s journey is different, but treatment will generally include the following stages.

1. Your free implant consultation

Your journey begins with a free implant consultation at our Camberley clinic.

This is an opportunity to discuss the problems you are experiencing with your teeth or dentures and what you hope to achieve. We will explain the possible options, answer your initial questions and help you decide whether you would like to proceed to a full assessment.

There is no pressure or obligation to continue.

2. Assessment and treatment planning

Your detailed assessment may include photographs, digital scans, a bite assessment and a discussion about the shape, shade and appearance of your future teeth.

We also take a CBCT scan, providing detailed three-dimensional images of your jaws. This enables Dr Baker to assess the available bone and plan the potential positions of the implants.

Dr Baker and Stuart review appropriate cases together, ensuring the implants are planned with the final bridge in mind from the outset. This close dentist–technician collaboration is one of the most important differences in our approach.

We will explain the recommended treatment, temporary-teeth arrangements, likely timescale and complete fees before you decide whether to proceed.

3. Implant placement and healing

Dr Nick Baker places the dental implants according to your individual treatment plan. The procedure and temporary-teeth arrangements vary between patients and will be explained clearly beforehand.

The implants are then allowed time to heal and integrate with the surrounding bone. We arrange review appointments to monitor your progress and support you throughout the healing period.

Nick is at Able every week, providing regular access and continuity of care. If a patient needs to be seen on another day, we will always make appropriate arrangements.

4. Digital scanning and your trial bridge

When the implants are ready, we take precise digital scans for the implant-supported bridge. CAD-CAM technology is used in its design and production, while Dr Baker and Stuart work closely together to assess its clinical fit, bite, function and appearance.

Before the final ceramic bridge is made, patients are generally provided with a trial bridge, sometimes described as a test smile.

This allows the patient and clinical team to assess:

  • Fit and comfort

  • Bite and function

  • Tooth shape and position

  • Smile appearance

  • Facial support

  • Speech

  • The patient’s own feedback

Dr Baker and Stuart attend the relevant trial and fitting appointments together. Any appropriate refinements can then be made before the final bridge is produced.

5. Your final ceramic implant bridge

Once the trial bridge has been assessed and approved, the final ceramic full-arch implant bridge is manufactured.

The bridge is securely screwed onto the implants, and we carefully check its fit, bite, function and appearance. We also explain how to clean around and underneath it and how to care for your implants and gums at home.

At Able Denture & Implant Clinic, expertly crafted high-quality ceramic full mouth bridges are designed to fit implants perfectly, ensuring a seamless dental transformation.

Supported by the whole Able team

Full-mouth implant treatment is not simply a series of clinical appointments. It is a personal journey that takes place over time.

At Able, support does not come only from the clinicians. Our whole team is here to help manage your treatment, answer questions, coordinate appointments and provide reassurance along the way.

You will see the same familiar people throughout your care. We get to know our patients, understand what matters to them and make sure they know whom to contact if they need help.

Our on-site dental laboratory also enables Stuart to see patients directly and work closely with Dr Baker throughout the restorative stages. This keeps communication clear and ensures the surgical, technical and personal aspects of care are considered together.

Everyone at Able genuinely wants the best possible outcome for each patient.

Long-term care for full-mouth dental implants

Our support does not end when the final bridge is fitted.

Although the ceramic bridge cannot develop tooth decay, the gums and bone around the implants must remain healthy. Effective home cleaning and regular professional maintenance are essential.

Our ongoing care includes:

  • Regular dental implant reviews

  • Professional hygiene appointments

  • Maintenance and servicing of the implant bridge

  • Personalised cleaning advice

  • Easy access to the team if you have concerns

  • Continued care from people who know your case

Long-term monitoring helps protect both your oral health and your investment in full-mouth dental implants.
